Product Description
This product is a disposable square kraft paper bowl made of high‑grammage kraft paper, offering excellent rigidity and oil/water resistance. The square design saves storage space and prevents rolling during transport. It is suitable for cold and warm foods, with three inner coating options: uncoated, PE coated, or PLA fully biodegradable coated. The uncoated version is for dry foods (e.g., bread, nuts); the coated versions effectively block oil and moisture, making them suitable for dishes with sauces or broth. The overall structure is reinforced – the bottom has no folded crease and provides strong load capacity, resisting deformation after filling.
Key Features
Material: Food‑grade kraft paper (virgin bamboo pulp or pure wood pulp), no fluorescent whitening agents, safe for direct food contact.
Grammage: 350g, 400g, 450g – thick and sturdy, will not collapse when filled with moist foods.
Shape: Square – clear edges and corners, stacks stably, saves about 30% warehouse space compared to round bowls; fits neatly into delivery bags without rolling or tipping.
Coating Options:
Uncoated – for dry, cold foods, maintains natural paper breathability.
PE coated – ordinary water and oil resistance, cost‑effective.
PLA coated – fully biodegradable and compostable, meets single‑use plastic ban requirements.
Leak Resistance: Reinforced bottom fold with no gaps; coated versions tested with oil‑based dressings or liquids – no leakage or wicking for 2 hours.
Temperature Range: Uncoated version – room temperature and refrigeration (0~40°C). PLA coated version – -10°C to 80°C, suitable for warm meals but not for boiling liquids.
Assembly: Pre‑creased, folds into shape in 3 seconds without glue or tools; edges have anti‑lift design that self‑locks after folding.
Lid System: The rim is compatible with two lid types:
Transparent PET lid (high clarity, anti‑fog, tight seal)
Kraft paper lid (same material, printable, biodegradable)
The lid and bowl together create a seal that reduces spillage during transport.
Custom Printing: Supports 1–2 colour flexographic printing with water‑based inks, can print brand logos, product info, eco‑labels, etc. Printing area is on the outer wall or lid surface.
Stackability: No protruding parts, multiple units can be stacked flat for easy storage and dispensing.

Storage & Handling Instructions
Storage environment: temperature 15~30°C, relative humidity ≤65%, keep away from floors and walls.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources; prolonged exposure will make the paper brittle.
After opening, use promptly and reseal unused products to prevent moisture absorption.
Single‑use only; do not reheat repeatedly or reuse for food.
For hot food (coated version only), do not exceed 80°C; do not use to heat boiling liquids in a microwave.
Uncoated version is only suitable for dry, low‑temperature, oil‑free foods – not for liquids or sauces.
If used for frozen storage (e.g., prepared salads), PLA coated version can withstand -10°C freezing and can be eaten directly after thawing.
